Do you count heavy household chores as your workout for the day?
Lots of everyday tasks — carrying grocery sacks, moving furniture, cleaning, festival setup, climbing stairs — can leave you sweaty and tired. Do you treat those as your workout and skip formal training, or still make time for a focused session? What simple rule do you use to decide?

Quick rule you can use: treat chores as exercise if they raise your breathing/heart rate (you can talk but not sing), and occur in sustained bouts of ~10+ minutes or add up to ~150 minutes/week of moderate effort (or 75 minutes vigorous). Heavy lifting/moving that is regular and progressively harder can count toward muscle-strengthening; random lifts usually don’t. If chores don’t meet these, add short focused sessions (20–30 min) 2×/week for strength and mobility. Always mind posture, warm up briefly, and rest if sore.
