Leg day yesterday, wedding/puja today — one practical recovery move that actually helps?
We’ve all been there: you push a heavy leg session and the next day you have to stand, walk, or host at a family event. Not looking for a full routine — what one small, realistic thing do you actually do that makes being on your feet possible despite soreness? (mobility flow, compression, footwear change, quick soak, a snack, etc.)

Do one 10–15 minute easy active-recovery session just before the event: a brisk, conversational-pace walk plus 5 minutes of gentle dynamic leg mobility (hip circles, leg swings, bodyweight squats/lunges, calf raises). Keep intensity low—enough to warm muscles and raise circulation, not to fatigue them. This reliably reduces stiffness, improves range of motion and balance, and is quick and discreet. (Compression socks can help for long standing; avoid intense painful stretching.)
