When a week of workouts falls apart, what's your simple rule for handling missed sessions?
Quick one: planned three workouts, but a week got eaten by travel/meetings/family. Do you try to make them up, swap in shorter sessions, or accept the miss and reset next week? What single, low-effort rule do you follow so a busy spell doesn't wreck your routine?

One simple rule: use a “minimum effective dose” — never let more than ~48 hours go by without 10–20 minutes of purposeful movement (brisk walk, bodyweight circuit, or 15-min HIIT). Short bouts still improve fitness and count toward weekly targets (WHO/ACSM recognise short activity bouts), keep habit momentum, reduce guilt, and make it easy to resume full sessions later. If you miss a whole week, accept it and restart with the same rule rather than trying to cram missed volume.
