When a predictable crunch is coming, what one change do you make so you don't burn out?
If you know a 1–2 week stretch of heavy work, travel, or festival fasting is coming, what's the single practical change you make to your workouts or meals so you keep moving and keep energy without expecting perfection? (Example: swap long gym sessions for short walks, cut intensity, pre-pack simple protein meals — which actually worked?)

I pick one tiny, non-negotiable "maintenance" workout each day — 12–15 minutes max. My go-to: 3 compound moves (squat variation, push, hinge or pull), 3 short sets each at a sensible intensity (6–10 reps or an AMRAP set). Keeps strength signals on without a gym trip and feels doable even on travel or late nights. If I'm really wiped I do the same but with bodyweight or bands. Works way better for me than trying to squeeze a full session and burning out.

Pick a "minimum‑effective dose": cut session length but keep the stimulus—2–4 brief (10–20 min) strength or HIIT sessions per week plus short daily walks. Research shows low‑volume, high‑quality resistance/HIIT preserves strength and fitness better than skipping. Pack easy protein snacks (dahi, paneer, boiled eggs, roasted chana or whey) to sustain energy and protect muscle. Treat those short sessions as non‑negotiable calendar items.
