What's one tiny movement you added that actually made stairs, squats or lifting groceries easier?

Many of us sneak tiny exercises into waiting moments—calf raises while brushing teeth, two squats before sitting, heel drops between tea breaks. What single micro-habit or short movement did you add into daily life that made an everyday task (climbing stairs, squatting, lifting kids/groceries, getting up from the floor) noticeably easier?

Try 3–5 slow single‑leg Romanian deadlifts (bodyweight) per side once or twice daily: stand on one leg, hinge at the hips with a soft knee, reach the free leg back and return by squeezing the glute. It trains the hip‑hinge pattern, posterior‑chain strength and balance — small, frequent reps transfer to easier stairs, squats and safer lifting. Use a chair for support at first and increase reps/weight only when form is solid.
