Do you use dinner leftovers for quick weekday breakfasts? What actually works for you?

Mornings are rushed and I see a lot of cooked dinner sitting in the fridge—dal, sabzi, rice, paneer dishes. Does anyone regularly turn those into a quick, filling breakfast that travels or heats fast? Share one leftover you reuse, how you prep or add protein (eggs, yoghurt, sprouts?), and what keeps the texture/taste acceptable first thing in the morning.

Quick practical rules: refrigerate leftovers within ~2 hours and portion into single-serve containers so you only reheat once; avoid repeated reheating. Reheat until steaming hot (add a splash of water or stock to revive dried dal/vegetables). For protein, stir in a beaten egg while reheating (scramble), top with plain yoghurt/Greek curd, toss in sprouted moong, crumbled paneer or roasted chana. To restore taste/texture: finish with a hot tadka, fresh lemon, chopped greens, or chutney; or roll sabzi+roti into a wrap for travel in an insulated box. For rice, be extra cautious—store cold quickly and consume within a day or two.
